Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum, pro rata
Hours: Monday – Friday (Ideally 09:00 –13:00, 14:00 or 15:00, which could be well suited to candidates looking for work around school hours)

The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a technical and innovative business based just outside Witney who are looking to recruit a well organised Office Administrator to join their very friendly and welcoming team.
As Office Administrator, it will be your responsibility to handle the day-to-day administration surrounding B2C and B2B customer support. This will include responding to emails and telephone calls to answer customer enquiries, handling aftersales enquiries, liaising with on-site technicians and engineers and also external suppliers, creating job quotations and also co-ordinating the delivery of products.
Thompson & Terry Recruitment’s client work with affluent clientele across the UK, therefore the successful Office Administrator will be comfortable communicating with people of all levels, becoming an expert in their product offering and must have great attention to detail with fantastic written and numerical skills.
This Office Administrator role would be well suited to candidates who are committed to adding long-term value to their small and friendly team, but also with existing experience working in a administration position that requires a high attention to detail.
