About The Role
The Partnerships Manager is responsible for the contractual delivery, management & renewal of Nottingham Forest’s commercial partners – alongside delivering any Premier League, FA or other partnership activations. This includes the management, planning, reporting, activation and day-to-day relationships with the club’s Official Partners and league contractual obligations and across NFFC.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities
* Working with the Head of Partnerships, with responsibility for management of partnership planning, contractual compliance, and activation within the commercial partnerships function.
* Working closely with the partners and NFFC’s internal marcomms team to propose, develop and activate world class engaging campaigns and communications.
* Responsibility for partnership measurement and evaluation, including up to date reports on delivery of contractual rights and ensuring over delivery of a partner’s key business and marketing objectives.
* Responsibility for regular detailed partner reporting, working with Partnerships Insights Manager, utilising 3rd party TV, digital and media tools.
* Day-to-day account management of the club’s major partners.
* Management of partnership experiential rights, including player appearances.
* Management of partner ticket and hospitality requests.
* Updating partner matchday assets reporting internally & externally.
* Responsibility for running matchday LED operations.
* Ownership of partner matchday activations.
* Working with the partnership sales department to propose potential activation campaigns for potential new partners.
* Identifying areas of potential future incremental partner revenues, through cross selling, up selling or enhanced renewals with partners.
What Are We Looking For
* Proven experience in delivering world class marketing / partnership activations – ideally within sports at a rights owner or agency.
* Passion for engaging with key commercial partners, with strong account management & relationship skills.
* Ability to create, grow and maintain commercial relationships.
* Experience in understanding a Commercial Partner’s marketing and business objectives and creating a plan that can be executed in order to deliver on those objectives.
* A proactive mentality when it comes to problem solving.
