Job summary Part time Healthcare Support Worker - Band 3 Immunisation Team based in South Warks Woodloes House, Warwick Working pattern: 24 hours per week - term time only, The opportunity has arisen for motivated and preferably experienced healthcare support workers to provide support to the immunisation team to deliver the School aged immunisation programme.
