The role:
Working for an equipment leasing company as the go-between of your suppliers and customers - ensuring the right machinery is hired out and is delivered/off-hired to where/from where it needs to be.
What you will be doing as a Hire Controller:
1. Working with an approved list of suppliers to source the right equipment on behalf of customers
2. Organising the logistics of the equipment getting from A to B, liaising with 3rd party suppliers
3. Tracking and logging the machinery - what, where and when
4. Building relationships with the portfolio of suppliers and customers
5. Managing multiple projects at once - across the UK

What we need from you:
1. Experience from within Plant Hire (or similar industry)
2. A proven background as a Hire Controller or Operations Controller or similar
3. Excellent communication - confident with the ability to build good working relationships
4. Have the ability to follow things through/chase for information
5. A proactive approach with the ability to coordinate
6. Highly organised, with effective planning and multitasking skills
The package:
The role is permanent, full-time 7.30am-5pm Mon-Fri.
Salary dependent on experience in the region of £30k+ plus a monthly bonus (OTE an additional £2-3k pa)
