The Degree Apprenticeships Team at Leeds Beckett are pleased to offer the post of Degree Apprenticeship Administrator.
What the day-to-day will include
In the role you will be supported to speak and engage with our applicants and employers by phone and by email responding to enquiries, and using our apprenticeship system, Aptem. You will help us to support the fully compliant onboarding of apprentices, foster and develop excellent relationships with our employers. Work in partnership with colleagues across schools to deliver excellence in our apprenticeship programmes. Working to both meet and exceed the requirements of our funders and regulatory bodies within the frameworks that govern apprenticeship programme delivery.
You will work with colleagues in the team and colleagues in the wider academic teams providing critical administrative and project support for the delivery of apprenticeships programmes. This support is critical to the ongoing successful recruitment, delivery, completion and achievement of our apprenticeship programmes.
The post holder will also be expected to provide outstanding levels of customer service to both internal & external stakeholders.
What you’ll gain
We recognise you will have excellent transferable skills; you will have evidenceable administrative skills or prior administrative experience, and this role will support you to develop those skills and gain specialist knowledge with apprenticeship programme recruitment and delivery. This role will be a great opportunity to build your experience and skills in teamwork, communicating effectively, working with diverse stakeholders, and using data and information to report back on progress. You will be trained and supported to use our apprenticeships system, Aptem. You will be supported by a line manager and have a personalised development and training plan to work through.

You’ll be working within Business Engagement as part of the dynamic Degree Apprenticeships Team.
