Senior Project Manager required to drive delivery of strategic complex projects and programmes, overseeing multiple sites and disciplines, with experience in Transformation Office processes, finance, and Agile methodology. Key responsibilities include project planning, integration, and communication, as well as change control management and leadership within IT & Change function.
* Plans and directs integration of project team members across multiple sites and disciplines.
* Responsible for project delivery, regular and accurate reporting of financial information, and ensuring financial performance is maximised.
* Provides leadership within IT & Change function to champion best practices and standards, and ensures projects adhere to them.
* Works with Portfolio Lead to develop and maintain the Portfolio Roadmap.
* Strong working knowledge of project management best practices and delivery disciplines, including Project Management, Portfolio Planning, Governance, budgeting, controls, and benefit realisation.
* Experience of Project Delivery methodologies and practices, including Waterfall and Agile.
* Prince II or PMP qualification required, Agile qualification or studying towards certification, and educated to degree level or equivalent experience in Project Management.
