YMCA Heart of England are looking for a Head of Housing to join the team based in Central Birmingham. The successful candidate will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £49,651.01 per annum. About the Head of Housing role As Head of Housing, you will support the Director of Operations, assessing and monitoring performance and quality improvement targets for service delivery and operations in regards to Housing and Support Programmes within the Operations Directorate. Implement systems and processes to ensure that services conform to regulatory requirements by providing key performance indicators. The post holder will be expected to keep performance monitoring/benchmarking and Impact Assessment at the forefront of service delivery, acting as a catalyst for change and continual improvement.
