This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team, dedicated to providing a seamless client onboarding experience. DAY TO DAY: Establish productive contact with potential clients, gather relevant identification, and understand their needs to arrange initial meetings with fee earners. Guide clients through the compliance and verification processes and provide a seamless onboarding journey. Follow up with clients to improve conversion rates and record feedback for non-conversions to enhance future processes. Recommend additional legal or financial services. Work closely with internal teams to ensure you are up to date with any changes for the client. WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE: Previous experience in a client/customer-focused role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proactive, solution-focused approach with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organisational skills to manage time effectively while maintaining high standards of service. IT proficiency, including familiarity with administrative systems.
