Responsibilities:
* Provide targeted intervention and support to Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Design and implement individualised learning plans to meet the diverse needs of SEN students
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic progress and social development
* Collaborate with SENCO and classroom teachers to ensure a coordinated approach to support students' learning goals
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience working with SEN students in an educational setting
* Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with SEN students
* Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and SEN Code of Practice
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
