Key Responsibilities:
* Support well-being, record and report progress, and implement care plans.
* Promote leisure and sensory activities in-house and in the community.
* Provide direct personal care, including verbal prompts and modeling.
* Assist with life skills, including cooking, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.
* Follow individualized routines and support a low-stimulation environment.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
* Must be male (due to care requirements).
* Ability to drive manual vehicles.
* 1+ year of experience in an adult social care setting.
* Training in Autism, ADHD, and Positive Behavior Support (PBS).
* Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
* Experience managing behaviors that challenge and providing sensory integration.
* Competency in digital care planning systems like Access Care.
Desirable:
* Understanding of PACE, PERMA, and Adverse Childhood Experiences.
* Skills in sensory diets, water play, and managing echolalia.

Mandatory Requirements:
* Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate manual vehicles.
* Must have access to a car for work purposes.
* Must have at least one year of experience in an adult social care setting.
* Must have completed training in Autism.
* Must have completed training in ADHD.
* Must have completed training in Positive Behavior Support (PBS).
* Must have experience managing behaviors that challenge, including physical aggression.
* Must have experience with sensory integration (e.g., sensory diets, water play).
* Must be proficient in digital care planning systems (e.g., Access Care).
* Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
* Must be comfortable providing direct personal care (verbal prompts, modeling).
* Must be willing and able to handle household tasks (e.g., cooking, cleaning, vehicle maintenance).
