The Governing Committee of St. Joseph’s are seeking to appoint an effective, enthusiastic and well-organised Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated staff team. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, numeracy and ICT skills, a sense of fun and the ability to work accurately under pressure as well as a willingness to be involved in the life of the school.
Experience of working with Arbor would be beneficial although not essential.
The successful candidate will:
1. Be fully supportive of the aims and ethos of our Catholic School;
2. Experience of working in a professional environment, ideally in a school;
3. An outstanding record of working well within a team, demonstrating a positive attitude, good sense of humour and enthusiasm;
4. Good organisational and interpersonal skills;
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
6. A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
