As a Customer Team Member at Co-op, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store. You will be part of a friendly and dedicated team that is passionate about helping customers and providing them with great service on the tills and shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
* Friendly and Thoughtful Service: Put customers first in everything you do, responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
* Teamwork: Work together with your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
* Store Safety and Compliance: Ensure the store is safe and legal by keeping shelves stocked, checking prices, dates, and temperatures, and maintaining a clean environment.
* Product Knowledge: Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with your colleagues to ensure a smooth transition.
* Community Engagement: Get involved in local community activities and events, supporting our store's commitment to social responsibility.
