About The Role
We are looking for an experienced advisor in the Hotel and Hospitality sectors, to join our growing Real Estate Lead Advisory team. The role will primarily focus on providing advice to clients and leading on the execution of transactions, capital raising, restructuring and refinancing activities alongside wider business development for our team.
The successful candidate will preferably have significant experience of the sector, executing M&A transactions and be a chartered surveyor with strong valuations experience.

What Your Days Will Look Like
As a member of our Real Estate Lead Advisory Team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other industry experts in M&A, Valuations and Capital raising, plus advise a range of clients, including hotel owners and operators, private equity groups, sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors.
You will also be responsible for:
1. Developing your network and profile in the market as an expert in this sector.
2. Day-to-day management of projects, including responsibility for the delivery of key deliverables and client communications.
3. Provision of advice on both buy and sell-side transactions and on capital raising.
4. Valuation and pricing advice on hotels, hospitality assets and platforms, across a variety of ownership and operating models.
This Role Is For You If
You are a confident advisor with a strong track record in the hotel industry and a desire to work in a high-paced and rewarding environment. And you have:
1. Deep knowledge of the hotel industry with experience of hotel transactions either from working for an investment bank, agency, Big 4 professional services firm or a boutique.
2. RICS qualified (or an international equivalent).
3. Experience of hotel deal execution.
4. Strong financial and analytical skills, good commercial acumen and an understanding of business and finance.
5. Experience of business development, sales, presentations and pitches, with strong written communication skills.
6. Ability and experience of working independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks, assessing and managing risks and reaching out to others for help and support as required.
