Within our Southampton hub, we are currently looking to add Senior/Recruitment Consultants to join our Team in line with our enormous plans for expansion! We are seeking driven, credible recruiting professionals that thrive in sales, have an appetite for delivering results and enjoy the amazing financial return!

Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle.
2. Identify and follow up on leads to generate new business.
3. Conduct market research, telemarketing, mailing activities and client visits to build and maintain a database of clients and prospects.
4. Conduct canvassing activities to find suitable vacancies for newly registered and/or newly available candidates.
5. Understand and meet all weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
6. Identify opportunities to generate and increase revenue, strengthening and forging lasting client relationships.
7. Attend client meetings to strengthen understanding of the organisation and the roles they have.
8. Network across all client events and attend industry-related conferences.
9. Implement sourcing strategies to find and attract the best talent for the client's requirements.
10. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
11. Post job ads, CV screening, interviewing candidates and guiding them through the process.
Skills/Experience Required:
1. Previous recruitment agency experience (either as a 360 consultant or in a business development role) and a real hunger to succeed in sales.
2. Takes enjoyment in developing new business, growing relationships with existing clients, networking, and winning business.
3. Ambitious with a success-driven nature, confident in a results-oriented environment where you will be financially targeted.
4. The ambition to drive delivery in a positive and professional manner.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work to tight deadlines.
