Title: Sales Support Admin
Location: London, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Provide customer support to clients and stakeholders regarding products and services.
Data Entry: Accurately input sales information, campaign details, and customer data into the internal systems.
Sales Report Assistance: Help compile sales reports and assist in tracking performance metrics for various campaigns.
Team Assistance: Provide general administrative support to the Sales team.
CRM Updates: Ensure customer information is accurately maintained in the CRM system, keeping records up-to-date.
Skills:
Ability to cope well under pressure in a busy sales environment.
Excellent time management and ability to prioritise effectively (will be liaising with teams situated in different time zones)
Good team player and experience of dealing with complex administrative tasks
High attention to detail and concern for accuracy
Good communication and presentation skills
Computer literate with strong MS Office skills
Excellent organisation and administration skills
Languages useful, depending on territory
