Our Project Coordinator strives to deliver on our Brand Promise; delivering An Exceptional Experience and Experiences; on-time, Hassle Free. This is achieved by overseeing the implementation of live events and supporting the Project Manager and wider team ensuring the effective organisation, implementation, and execution of client events/bookings. Effective management, communication and administrative accuracy are vital to the success of this role.

Job Purpose & Scope
* To initiate client contact and collate all information required for the successful running of events as part of the live events team.
* To compile operator packs with all information from the clients, including booking questionnaires, hotel details and RAMS, in a timely manner.
* Liaising and responding to clients and action any issues that arise pre, post or during events.
* Deal with out of hours queries from operators, contractors and clients where required.
* To carefully monitor and update client files with all change orders and ensure these are quoted, confirmed and where applicable passed to the sales team for charging before actioning.
* To assist in the allocation of tasks to staff/drivers as well as allocate vehicles/fleet, including generators and hire stock, with the support of the Project Manager.
* To assist in the management of operational team welfare, booking accommodation, per diems, floats etc. as required.
* To advocate ensuring customer satisfactory delivery of the Versatile/client owned Inventory; monitoring its condition, availability and that all procedures are being adhered to.
* To issue risk assessments and technical information for events/hires and to clients as required.
* To keep good relationships with the operational teams in the wider group of businesses for mutual benefit.
* To have a working knowledge of the office administration and finance functions of the business enabling you to cover/assist during colleagues' days off and holiday.
* To support the project manager in the management of the Versatile warehouse and site personnel working on daily tasks, stock takes and reports.
* Work closely with Production & Sales team on timelines and requirements.
* Onsite support to help and oversee complex builds and as client liaison.
* To provide weekly and monthly operational reports to the Operations Manager.
