Position Overview: We're looking for a Head of AI Partnerships to serve in a player-coach capacity. In this pivotal role, you'll initially drive partnership development as an individual contributor, working directly to identify, recruit, and engage partners who can both benefit from and contribute to our AI ecosystem. Over time, you will build and lead a high-performing team dedicated to expanding our network of consultants, technology providers, and strategic partners. This role is ideal for a seasoned partnerships professional who enjoys hands-on relationship building and is eager to transition into a leadership position, creating and executing our ecosystem growth strategy from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partnership Leadership: Start as an individual contributor to actively drive partnership development and ecosystem growth within a key region, focusing on both consulting partners and technology providers.
* Team Building: As the business grows, recruit, train, and manage a partnerships team, guiding their professional development and fostering a culture of collaborative success.
* Strategy and Execution: Shape and execute the regional ecosystem growth strategy, working closely with Marketing and Product teams to align partnership initiatives with company goals and market opportunities.
* Performance Management: Set team objectives, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure the team successfully builds and maintains valuable partnerships that enhance our AI ecosystem.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in partnership development or B2B sales, ideally in AI technology, consulting, or SaaS, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
* Previous experience in a player-coach role or demonstrated success in leading and developing partnership teams is strongly preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers across various organizational levels and industries.
* Strategic mindset with the capability to launch and scale a new partnership region, starting with a hands-on approach.
* Deep understanding of the AI landscape and the drive to help businesses succeed through innovative partnerships and solutions.
