Salary: Grade 12, £49,764 - £52,805 (subject to evaluation)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term for 18 months (possible extension up to 5 years pending funding)
The Working Denbighshire Regional Programme Manager for Connect to Work will lead the planning, commissioning, and implementation of the North Wales Regional Connect to Work Programme, within budget and in line with the Council’s policies, strategic aims, objectives and priorities.
This role requires a forward-thinking, dynamic leader capable of navigating the complexities of regional commissioning and programme management while driving measurable employability and skills outcomes for disabled people, people with health conditions and those with complex barriers to employment, to help them get into and on in work.
By fostering innovation, collaboration, and sustainability, the Regional Programme Manager will leave a lasting legacy of positive change.
