Responsibilities Facilitate group training sessions to assess participants' needs and design personalized development plans that cater to varying fitness levels. Provide ongoing encouragement and support as group members work towards their shared and individual goals. Develop creative and tailored group workouts and exercises that promote self-discovery, teamwork, and personal growth. Monitor group progress, making necessary adjustments to programs to ensure continued success for all participants. Organise and conduct workshops or group discussions on relevant topics such as goal setting, time management, and stress reduction in the context of fitness and wellbeing. Maintain organised records of group interactions and progress to evaluate effectiveness and adapt approaches as needed. Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in group training to enhance your coaching and service delivery.
