Our client is a luxurious private hospital based in Bristol with state-of-the-art facilities. You will join a wider team consisting of world-renowned surgeons who are passionate about transforming the lives of patients in the South West and beyond.
This is an exciting new opening for an individual with experience in a similar healthcare setting to join the team to complete a variety of administrative tasks as well as being an important part of ensuring a high-quality patient journey.
Responsibilities:
* Serve patients by greeting them, answering routine questions, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.
* Using patient portal and appointment reminder systems, mobile applications, and other forms of technology to manage scheduling, interact with patients and providers, and update files and patients’ records.
* Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone and takes detailed messages as needed.
* Minimises patients’ stress by anticipating their anxieties, answering questions, and maintaining a calm and orderly environment in the reception area.
* Completing a variety of administrative tasks for the hospital including the ordering of necessary equipment and food
