Role Responsibilities: Build meaningful relationships with customers by delivering personalized support via phone and webchat. Become a product expert to confidently resolve enquiries and enhance customer satisfaction. Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and administrative processes using various online calendars. Document all communication according to Standard Operating Procedures with attention to detail. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement. Experience / Skills Required: Previous customer service experience in an inbound contact centre is essential. Excellent communication skills across multiple channels (phone, email, webchat). Basic technical proficiency with customer service platforms. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team, and with the wider business. Desirable Experience / Skills: Experience handling multiple client accounts or products. Knowledge of CRM systems or appointment scheduling software. Problem-solving experience in customer-facing roles. Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure.
