* Friendly and thoughtful service – responding to customer queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and providing a great shopping experience.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve their shopping experience.
* Maintaining a safe and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning up spills.
* Supporting the introduction of new products and services, ensuring seamless transitions and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
* Getting involved in local community activities and events.
