We are seeking a temporary administrator to support our client based in Ledbury for a 3-month temporary project focused on COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) administration.
Working Hours & Salary:
* £11.72 per hour.
* Monday - Friday
* Full-time: 37 hours per week preferred.
* Part-time: Minimum 30 hours per week may be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify COSHH sheets that need to be completed and determine their location (e.g., COSHH cabinets across the site).
* Download relevant safety data sheets (SDS) from suppliers' websites to align with the chemicals/substances used.
* Extract key information from SDSs and create accurate COSHH sheets.
* Organise COSHH sheets in their respective cabinets and maintain an up-to-date index displayed on the cabinet exterior.
* Update the master COSHH log on the shared drive to reflect the latest information.
* Any other admin duties.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
