Job Function
The primary function of the CSR is to provide customers with a high level of satisfaction through the excellent provision of all Cash Shop services whilst determining their individual needs.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide a high level of Customer Service to in-store customers and over the telephone/online enquiries.
* Completing transactions against all of our core products quickly & efficiently, whilst following necessary company policies & procedures.
* The testing and evaluating of items of consumer electronics and precious metals.
* Create relationships with customers to ensure that existing custom is retained, and new custom gained.
* Complete stock control and organisational tasks.
* Open and close the store adhering to company policy & procedure.
* Reconcile your till, without variance, upon completion of your shift.
Skills:
* Fluent English speaker (additional language could be an advantage).
* A very good understanding of basic mathematics & mental arithmetic.
* Excellent sales ability and communication skills.
* Educated to GCSE level standard or equivalent.
* Non-essential, but previous pawnbroking, customer service and cash handling experience would be advantageous.
