Compass Corporate Services are proud to be partnering with a leading, nationwide provider of mental health and adult social care services. Our client strives to provide the best quality care for all its services, which include secure facilities, and treatment for addiction and mental health difficulties. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce specialist to ensure that the organisation can fully utilise Salesforce, which will facilitate informed decision-making and improve overall business performance.
The Role
We are searching for an accomplished systems specialist to join the organisation as Salesforce Analyst. A detail-oriented professional, with a background in the independent health and social sector, is required for the role. As Salesforce Analyst, you will be fully immersed in the sector, with a solid understanding of up-to-date data privacy regulations and best practices for data management. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, you will be responsible for creating extensive Salesforce reporting dashboards that make it easier to analyse business performance. These dashboards will be essential resources for noticing new trends, addressing problems, identifying possibilities for business improvement, and flagging possible hazards. The job will also entail creating ad hoc reports that are customised to the organisation’s changing demands. Further to this, the Salesforce Analyst will be key to several business development and marketing initiatives. These initiatives will include creating Salesforce email response templates, helping the marketing team analyse campaign performance using integrated call tracking software, and taking part in initiatives to improve Marketing Cloud. To assist business development goals, the role also includes small development work in Salesforce and improving the quality of critical stakeholder data within the CRM. It is envisaged that this is a full-time permanent role.
