We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the creation and execution of our marketing and brand strategy. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the CCO and be responsible for overseeing a talented marketing team. Your mission will be to translate our business strategy into actionable marketing goals that resonate with our customers and deliver for our channel partners, installers, and consumers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand: Lead the brand proposition and communication plan to provide clear messaging across channels and for customers and channel partners.
2. Strategic Leadership: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate demand with our customers to consolidate our leading position as number 1 in the market.
3. Marketing Plans: Transform strategies into market-leading trading plans that are meaningful to our customers while anticipating and addressing potential channel conflicts.
4. Team Management: Lead and inspire the Marketing, Product, Brand, and Communications teams, ensuring the Voice of the Customer (VOC) remains central to all activities.
5. Insight-Driven: Keep a pulse on customer needs and market trends, asking insightful questions that guide strategic decisions.
6. Content and Product Marketing: Drive execution of a variety of content marketing activities, including for the sales teams in support of prospect conversion and share gain.
7. Digital: Responsible for the website and channel partner content, ensuring content is optimized for SEO while building engagement across social channels.
8. Exhibitions and Events: Agree on the plan and execute all aspects to ensure strong brand representation in line with our brand strategy.
9. Agency Collaboration: Select and manage agency partners, ensuring quality output and performance in alignment with our marketing objectives.
10. Budget: Manage and report on the monthly marketing budget.
