We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational instructor who is able to provide training and assessment on a variety of topics and working environments within Supported Learning. You must have previous experience of working with young people with SEND needs, alongside experience of delivering training and assessment at entry level. The successful candidate will need to have a positive outlook and a can-do approach. Ideally we are looking for someone who is able to offer the development of a range of life and work skills. You will need to have good IT skills and be able to prepare and maintain resources in different learning environments, including off site trips, the SEND garden, workshop and art studio. An ability or willingness to learn how to drive the college mini bus is also desirable.
