Our Opportunity Our world-renowned Risk Advisory department is looking for an exceptional office administrator/PA to provide an extensive range of administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of our fast-paced department. Required Based from our modern Loughborough offices, you will report directly to our Head of Department, and be responsible for providing a variety of administrative, planning and management information support to the Department Head and her wider leadership team when required, including: Diary management, travel arrangements, car hire, hotel bookings, travel visas, equipment and processing travel expenses Preparing business presentations and reports via PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI, using content supplied by the Head of Department Event organisation e.g. department yearly conference, leadership meetings (including agenda preparation), external events (including booking venues, accommodation, travel) Ensuring information relating to the department and its staff is up to date, and is accurately reflected on internal systems, e.g. mailing lists, organigrams, photo gallery, business CVs Arranging assistance with AV / video conferencing facilities Become Basware Cloud super-user, able to deal with complex invoicing arrangements and processing of orders via our system and provide training and support to the wider team.
