Pay Scale: Band 8-10 SCP 19-31 (£29,196 - £38,038 pro-rata)
Contract: Full Time- 37 hours, Term Time plus 15 days, Permanent

We are looking to appoint an exceptional and proactive HR Advisor to support Lingfield Education Trust in its vision to be outstanding in educating the whole child. This is an exciting opportunity to join the central team and contribute to the growth and success of the Trust.
The Trust consists of a family of 21 highly successful schools, with further growth in the near future. You’ll join an experienced and friendly HR team who work across our schools to maintain a positive working environment where colleagues can flourish. Day to day the position will involve working closely with the leaders within your designated hub of schools on a range of HR matters including staff welfare, performance management and sickness monitoring.
We are looking for someone with:
* Significant HR advisory experience, preferably within the education sector, with the ability to lead on complex employee relations issues across our schools.
* The ability to work collaboratively and create highly effective working relationships with all employees, trustees, governors and the local communities.
* A proactive approach to working with the ability to work independently and innovatively to ensure a first class service to the Trust and its employees.
* A desire to make a difference and contribute to the achievement and education of the whole child.
