Nursery: Bright Horizons Finsbury Park Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: Starting from £27,231.95 / £28,274.40 per annum (Full-time equivalent - Pro-rata) (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Location: Finsbury Park, London
We are looking for a part-time Level 2/3 qualified Practitioner to join our Finsbury Park nursery, which is situated in the heart of Finsbury Park close to local shops and amenities. The nursery offers excellent links to rail, tube and bus stations. The nearest rail and tube stations to the nursery is Finsbury Park underground station (10 minute walk), Finsbury park Railway station (9 minute walk) and Crouch Hill Rail station (9 minute walk). This role is Mon, Tues and Fri and the position is based in the Toddler room.
Our Bright Horizons Finsbury Park is purpose built Ofsted rated “Good” and is a light, spacious, purpose-built day nursery all on one level with direct access to outdoor garden areas.

What we’re looking for
* Full and Relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
* Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
* Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
* Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
* Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
