* Prepare property brochures, including photography and written descriptions.

* Drive market share growth and support business development initiatives.
* Conduct quality property valuations and secure instructions for sale.
* Collaborate with senior management on high-profile instructions and clients.
The Profile
Essential Skills:
* Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicle).
* Proven experience in real estate or estate agency, with a readiness to advance in your career.
* Strong team player with a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude.
* Ability to support management and help lead the team.
* Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Self-motivated with excellent initiative.
* Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office).
* Attention to detail and a professional demeanour.
