Dexters are a long established and successful London-centered estate agency with 150 retail outlets. We seek an experienced L&T surveyor to join the friendly team dealing, as tenant, with mostly retail rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of the group. A chartered surveyor would be an advantage but not strictly necessary but must have a strong background of Landlord and Tenant legislation. This is an in-house role developing and maintaining a strong base of internal and external contacts requiring the collating of evidence and compiling pre-negotiation and advisory work reports, negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders and re-gears. Location: Hampton Hill / London Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Job Requirements: Experience in lease consultancy is preferred. Strong eagerness to enter the property sector. RICS qualification is preferable. Driving license and own car are advantageous; willingness to travel across London is essential. Skills: Logical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent customer service skills. Highly organized, methodical, and diligent. Flexible in handling a wide range of tasks. Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace. A ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude.
