Here at Yarls Wood Immigration Centre, we are looking for a Workforce Management Administrator to join our team. The role involves working as part of a team to ensure effective management of staff leave and scheduling. Responsibilities include reviewing leave in a timely manner, actioning in line with company policy, and capturing shifts on the company’s in-house system.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Manage staff leave, adhering to leave threshold systems, and serve as the point of contact for leave queries.
2. Oversee and respond to the functional inbox.
3. Coordinate shift swaps among colleagues and update the system accordingly.
4. Collaborate with the Detail Coordinator to agree on overtime when necessary.
5. Ensure training dates are added to staff schedules on the system.
6. Maintain staff information, such as contact details and lateness reports.
7. Contribute to achieving performance measures, contract outcomes, and targets, including KPIs/CDIs, as discussed in your personal development review.
8. Adhere to the Code of Conduct.
