Role Overview: As our Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our sales success. Leading a team of four - comprising three outbound telephone appointment setters and one sales executive - you will set the standards for excellence in performance and motivation. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 4 sales professionals. Conduct regular team meetings, kick-offs, and performance appraisals to ensure the team remains motivated and on track. SLA & KPI Management: Develop, implement, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance team performance. Marketing & Sales Strategy: Craft and execute comprehensive marketing and sales plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Sales Channel Development: Identify and develop new sales channels to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets. Training & Development: Provide continuous training and development opportunities to team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel.
