My client is a contractor based in new Beaconsfield who is looking for a new Document Controller/Secretary.
The vacancy is to start immediately.
Minimum Experience Required:
2-4 years minimum experience within the construction industry is required.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the document control filing and archiving in accordance with the company procedures.
2. Check the validity of the documents in accordance with the Document Numbering System.
3. Record the documents in the company database, organise the dispatch, collect the comments.
4. Provide full secretarial support to Management including arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, circulating and collating information, arranging diaries.
5. Provide administrative support to the team and provide comprehensive support to the department as required.
6. Provide liaison with other companies/sites.
7. Various other duties will be included on a day-to-day basis.
