Temporary administrator
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administration? Our client are seeking an Administrator to join their fun and friendly team.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle all aspects of invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
2. Maintain and update filing systems, keeping track of important documents
3. Assist in ordering stock and supplies
4. Provide finance administrative support
5. Perform general office administration duties, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
Requirements:
6. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are a must
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
10. Previous experience in administration is preferred
Hours are 8am - 4.30pm.
