Responsibilities
* Promote the services of this Division and other sub-divisions of WEC Group where applicable.
* Quote new customers.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Produce weekly/monthly forecasting data and sales reports.
* Engage in cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting.
* Generate business at senior level.
* Develop strategy and business planning.
* Create and deliver successful presentations at all levels.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Candidates must have proven experience in B2B engineering sales within a subcontract medium-large welding/fabrication environment, with target sales exceeding £1,000,000 annually.
Ideal candidates should be familiar with welding & fabrication technologies and capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings. A background in welding and fabrication is advantageous but not essential.
