They are a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy serving private and public sector clients with landscape architecture, planning, urban design, environmental and visualisation services.
The Practice is seeking a qualified Planner with 7+ years of proven professional experience in all areas of planning, with a particular focus on development planning, master planning and environmental planning.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work within planning and design teams, and be able to demonstrate professional determination and willingness to grow, quality of workmanship and management skills. The role will involve working across widerange of sectors including large scale residential, commercial, and retail development, town regeneration projects, tourism, master planning, infrastructure planning, and environmental planning.

Key Requirements:
· 7+ years post-graduate work experience
· A recognised (accredited) degree/qualification in Planning and Membership of IPI and/or RTPI, or recognised equivalent
· Extensive experience and understanding of planning and environmental legislation
· Experience of providing strategic planning advice regarding project direction or forward planning related projects
· Experience of working in a range of market sectors, for public and private clients
· Experience of development planning, feasibility analysis, environmental planning, and lodgement of planning applications, appeals and submissions.
· Experience in managing multi-disciplinary project teams across a widerange and scales of projects and be able to demonstrate good organisational skills
· Excellent communication, report writing, presentational &organisational skills
· Proficiency in relevant software including MS office, GIS, AdobeCreative Suite
· Self-motivation, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery
· Capability to respond to tight reporting requirements, deadlines, and internal reporting arrangements
· Strong inter-personal skills with ability to work as part of a wider in-house multi-disciplinary team
