Salary: Dependent on experience- Grade C to D Barnet Unified Reward £30630 to £31936 FTE
33.5 hours per week -39weeks per year (term time only)
We require teaching assistants in our outstanding special school (OFSTED 2024) to work with our amazing special needs pupils in a stimulating and supportive environment. We are looking to appoint caring, resilient and patient teaching assistants to join our fun and lively team.
You will be working with amazing children to help them develop their communication and independence skills – we require teaching assistants from Reception through to KS4.
Northway is split across multiplesites;Primary sites = one in Mill Hill NW7 3HS and one in High Barnet EN5 2BY. Secondary site in Mill Hill NW7 2BU (opening September 2025). Your placement at a specific site will be discussed at interview.
Experience in education and/or children with special needs is essential.
