Job Title: Social Worker – Adults

Rate: £43 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for experienced Adult Social Workers to join a dynamic team in Liverpool.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will contribute to the operational delivery of an effective Adult Social Care Service as part of an integrated team. This includes safeguarding, support planning, and promoting the wellbeing of adults with care and support needs. You will conduct needs assessments, co-design individual support plans, and ensure regular monitoring and reviews. You will also manage your own caseload, focusing on continuously improving outcomes for service users.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To succeed in this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. You should hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level (or equivalent) and have post-qualified experience in adult social care.
