About the Role
Are you a driven and detail-oriented finance professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic insurance business?
You will be responsible for month-end reporting, stakeholder management, and cost centre control, as well as supporting forecasting and financial analysis. You’ll collaborate closely with the wider finance team to provide accurate financial insights and assist with key presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
Key Responsibilities
* Month-end reporting – ensuring accuracy and timely submission
* Stakeholder and cost centre management – collaborating with business units to track and control costs
* Financial forecasting and analysis – working with the finance team to deliver projections
* Payroll and staff cost reporting – ensuring accurate and consistent reporting
* Financial presentations – assisting in the preparation of reports for senior management
* Supporting business decision-making – developing an understanding of the insurance business model and key financial KPIs
What We’re Looking For
* Part-qualified CIMA or ACCA (AAT qualified candidates will also be considered)
* Strong financial reporting and forecasting skills
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience with SAGE Intact and/or Anaplan (desirable)
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail
