Your skills in coordinating with multi-agency partners and applying a strength-based approach will be vital in addressing the needs of families and facilitating positive change for long-term outcomes. You will be adept at conducting team meetings, reviewing progress, and identifying additional support requirements to ensure comprehensive family welfare. As an Outreach Family Support Worker, you will play a key role in Liverpool Early Help, conducting early help assessments and developing support plans for children and families. You will coordinate with multi-agency partners to provide a whole family approach, leading meetings to review progress and fine-tune interventions. This role requires direct engagement with children and young people to understand their perspectives and address their concerns, ensuring the interventions are effective in improving their long-term prospects. Compensation for this role is £14.71 per hour on a PAYE basis or £18.40 per hour via Umbrella/LTD.
