We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Origination Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a varied role, where you will be a vital support to our sales function, which involves assisting our commercial electricity customer accounts. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service to both our import and export clients. This role requires a blend of customer interaction and administrative skills and will allow you to develop a wide range of skills within the energy industry.
Responsibilities:
* Manage Customer Account Onboarding: Ensure timely setup of new accounts, including contractual requirements and 3rd party agent appointments.
* Oversee Supply Registration & Data Flows: Handle the entire supply registration process, including industry data flows and account health checks.
* Manage Customer Communication: Monitor inbox and respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders, customers, and 3rd parties via email and phone (occasionally).
* Support Sales & Account Management: Assist the sales and account management teams with customer service, billing, retention, and seamless customer experience.
* Process Leads & Tenders: Handle leads, tenders, and invoicing from TPI/brokers, while maintaining effective communication with all parties.

* Client-Centric & Organised: Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service, coupled with strong administrative skills to efficiently manage client interactions and related tasks.
* Driven & Collaborative: Demonstrates initiative and a drive to contribute to team success, while effectively communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
* Adaptable & Data-Minded: Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, with proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
* Tech-Savvy & Efficient: Comfortable learning and using new software systems, contributing to streamlined workflows and process improvements.
Desirables
* Previous energy experience within the UK energy industry and relevant regulations.
