Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities ??
* Organising customer delivery runs to ensure timely and efficient service.
* Chasing and checking supplier/manufacturer order acknowledgements to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
* Proactively managing order progress with suppliers/manufacturers to ensure smooth operations.
* Handling order change management with efficiency and precision.
* Processing and progressing warranty claims from customers, providing top-notch service.
* Acting as the main point of contact for warranties, customers, and order progression.
* Notifying customers via email/phone regarding incoming stock or any possible delays.
* Taking payments from customers, ensuring a seamless transaction experience.
* Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the team.
