We are recruiting an exceptional School Receptionist who will be pivotal to the smooth running of the school office.
The post is for an immediate start and working hours will be 8.00 am - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate's main objectives will be:
7. General administration duties including formatting and sending correspondence, diary management, and responding to student and teacher enquiries
8. Maintain accurate pupil information and files and ensure correlation to hard files
9. Monitor and follow up student attendance using relevant MIS software
10. To meet and greet parents and visitors upon arrival
11. To demonstrate a personal commitment to safeguarding and student/colleague wellbeing
12. Assist the needs of external organisations, contractors, and both prospective and current parents' enquiries

These are some of the requirements that we need from you :
13. Experience of working in a Reception role preferably in school environment
14. Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
15. Right to work in the UK (Essential)
16. 2 recent professional references
17. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
18. Effective communication and strong organisation skills
19. Ability to build rapport quickly
