We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business and secure profitable contracts via proactive sales across the South of England. The ideal candidate is an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling TFM solutions to end user clients. Ideally, you will have an already established network within the industry. You must have a record of selling to blue chip corporate organisations, achieving targets of between £100k- £5m per annum.

Salary is flexible (£25-50k+) depending on experience. Package will include car, laptop, phone, commission, shares option, etc.
Duties Include
1. Be the primary driver of business development for new clients.
2. Identify new opportunities and develop a strong pipeline for future opportunities.
3. Responsible for securing revenue and growth targets alongside the Managing Director.
4. Support the Managing Director in identifying the best sectors for growth and key clients to target.
5. Prepare tenders, quotes, and close sales.
What’s Required
1. An experienced Soft/Hard Services Business Development Manager with an already established network within the industry.
2. Proven ability to develop business with senior individuals within companies.
3. Proven track record of selling to blue chip corporate organisations, achieving targets of between £100k- £5m per annum.
