Competent to provide E&I engineering craftsperson skills, in support of production, to meet business and plant objectives. Works as part of the shift team to provide E&I and operational support.
Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):
1. Provision of engineering E&I craftsperson skills to ensure continued production within EURRP
2. Operate/maintain plant equipment to fulfil production targets
3. Work as a member of an operational shift team
4. Active involvement in improvement projects/initiatives
5. Contribute to the improvements of a safe environmental/general housekeeping of the working area.
6. Maintain awareness of the developments in own trade and apply to workplace where appropriate
7. Where appropriate, assist in the training and development of others to appropriate standards.
8. Comply with all legislative, regulatory and company policy standard and procedures eg safety, quality, risk, security, etc.
Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies:
Education Level (Degree, Area of Study) – Minimum Requirement:
Recognised E&I craft engineering apprenticeship
4 GCSE’s (grade C or above) in Maths, English, Science and one other subject.

Professional Certifications:
Recognised E&I craft engineering apprenticeship.
