We are looking for a People Change Partner to play a key role in delivering large-scale organisational change. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on HR professional with expertise in change management, restructuring, and TUPE transfers. You will work closely with senior leaders, providing expert guidance to ensure smooth transitions and a positive colleague experience.
Role: People Change Partner
Location: Home-based in the Southwest/Wiltshire region - hybrid working with travel to different sites as required
Salary: £51,775 per annum
Duration: 2 year fixed term contract
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
What youll be doing:
* Leading and delivering organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE transfers.
* Ensuring all consultation documentation is legally compliant.
* Partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance during periods of change.
* Supporting cultural development, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
* Coaching and advising managers on best practices for leading their teams through change.
* Collaborating with the wider HR team to embed sustainable people strategies.
* Supervising and mentoring a People Coordinator.
What youll need:
* CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience).
* Strong experience in change management, restructuring, and TUPE processes.
* Experience in workplace mediation and/or restorative practice.
* Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Proven ability to work autonomously and influence at a senior level.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
Please note: as travel will be required for the role, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
