The role of Director - BIM/VDC directs the execution of the division’s BIM Mandate to achieve the objectives set forth; specifically, to direct the company's engagement in the appropriate BIM activities within the Buildings Division. The Director will guide the strategic growth and development of BIM within the business and provide functional management of BIM personnel within the various regional offices.

In order to be successful, you'll have an Engineering Degree, Architectural Degree or related Technical qualification. 15+ years of experience within construction and/or engaged on construction projects. 10+ years of experience in a direct managerial/supervisory role. Solid understanding of modern construction practices. Possess experience and acumen required to anticipate client requirements, work proactively regarding risk management, and able to work with full autonomy. Knowledge of construction costs and budgets, including method of bidding, purchasing, negotiating, contracting, cash flow, expediting, receiving and transporting. Robust ability to use BIM software tools such as Revit, NavisWorks, and other appropriate platforms.
