The Role (Assistant General Manager):
To bring this extraordinary vision to life, we are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and confident Assistant General Manager to lead our team and deliver top-notch standards across the board.
This is not just any management role – it’s a hands-on, front-and-centre position where creating an unforgettable customer experience is paramount.
You’ll need a solid background in budget management and experience running a similar high-energy venue.

We need someone who lives and breathes the hospitality industry and is dedicated to making every customer’s experience unforgettable.
We believe every visit should feel like the first – magical and memorable.
We’re looking for a charismatic leader who can inspire and build a team, leading by example and being present on the floor night to night.
You’ll greet guests, make them feel welcome and valued, and seamlessly orchestrate the evening’s events.
Additionally, you must have the business savvy to manage a large venue and the financial acumen to ensure its success.
This includes a proven track record in budget management, maintaining financial and statistical records, planning and overseeing maintenance work, and ensuring all licensing and health and safety requirements are met.
The successful candidate must hold a Scottish Personal Licence.
